Sustainable Investment Festival

Overview

The aim of the Sustainable Investment Festival (SIF) was to bring together a range of keynote speakers, presenters and panellists to tackle the big debates shaping the future of sustainable investing, identifying opportunities across asset classes, as well as offering guidance on the fast-changing regulatory environment and best practice when integrating ESG into business processes, across four days.

For 2021, the four-day flagship event would be transformed into a fully virtual experience from not one, but two venues – Protein Studios in Shoreditch, and our in-house desktop streaming studios in Swindon, Wiltshire.

Solution

After a rigorous venue find, our client designed the overall look and feel of the event in order for us to provide set-design and bespoke build services, as well as print and creation of the digital sponsor loop backgrounds for the LED.

It was important that the venue was able to provide facilities such as green rooms and hair and make-up into the mix, while also focussing on being able to effectively manage speakers and provide rehearsal space. 

Swapcard was the virtual platform of choice for the event, which our client managed while a Senior Project Manager and Production Team facilitated full event production, streaming services, filming, pre-recording and on-site editing, with a second stream broadcast simultaneously via our in-house desktop streaming studios.

There were also a number of speakers unable to present live and so our in-house desktop studio provided the perfect solution in order to capture these ahead of the event.

Outcome
