Each year Hg host a prestigious Senior Leadership gathering, bringing together 100 CEOs and Chairs from their portfolio companies and senior partners as an opportunity for the delegates to learn from one another, build relationships and grow valuable, in-person connections. The three day gathering takes place in a luxurious retreat location, offering a schedule of engaging plenary presentations, breakout sessions, luxury dining with featured keynote speakers, themed high-end evening entertainment and personalised schedules for the delegates ‘downtime’.


The stunning Burgenstock Hotel in Lucerne was selected as the venue to host this year’s high-profile event across three days. Corporate Events services included overall Project Management to oversee all third party suppliers, extensive venue liaison, production consultation and onsite management, theming, a bespoke delegate registration site and pre-event communications, delegate off-schedule activities, event identity and onsite client and supplier management. The Project Management team hosted weekly calls with a robust action and solution system in place to ensure any obstacles such as language barriers and the management of multiple suppliers were overcome prior to going onsite.
