Iris Kick-Off

Overview

Each year the IRIS Software Group hold an action packed, face to face event for 250 of their internal commercial employees for their Sales Kick Off for the year. IRIS required a setup that could change and adapt to represent the different parts of their company’s missions. These missions started with an out of this world journey to the moon, an exhilarating expedition and finally finishing the event off with an epic Miami Beach Party to party the night away! This event required an adaptable set and stage design to showcase each of these separate and important messages justice.

Solution

Corporate Events provided a superwide LED screen to showcase the content across all parts of the event. Bespoke gobos were used to project imagery onto the venue walls and surrounding the screen to immersing delegates into each of the event states. Using This imagery included star constellations for the Journey to the Moon, footprints for the Adventure Journey and fireworks for the Miami Beach Party. Furniture and event props were used to complete the look and feel for each state.
