This high-profile annual European summit brings together global leaders from across the luxury sector to explore how brands can remain resilient in the face of economic uncertainty and shifting consumer expectations.

For this edition, our financial client was looking to deliver a premium three-day experience for 500 delegates that reflected both the calibre of the audience and the prestige of the industry. The brief called for an environment that felt elevated and distinctive, while still supporting a busy programme of talks, panel discussions and networking.

Attention to detail was essential from the beginning. Every element needed to feel carefully considered, from the physical space and content delivery through to the overall atmosphere, ensuring a seamless experience that balanced insight, inspiration and high-end hospitality.

Solution

We were engaged as a strategic partner to design and deliver the full event experience, overseeing all production elements from initial concept through to on-site delivery.

At the heart of the event was a bespoke stage design inspired by the host city of Barcelona. Custom-built archways formed the central visual feature, with integrated LED screens positioned behind them to display iconic landscapes, effectively bringing the outside world into the venue. This created a strong sense of place while adding depth and movement to the stage.

To complement this, we introduced warm wooden panelling and layered textures to give the set a refined, interior-led feel. Olive trees and terracotta pots were carefully placed throughout the space, softening the environment and reinforcing the Mediterranean influence. Bespoke lighting was integrated into the set design, enhancing both the architectural features and overall ambience.

Beyond the stage, we delivered full technical production including live streaming, video on demand post-show, content support and event management across the three days. This included a tailored approach to session delivery, with smooth transitions between formats and integrated networking opportunities. A gala dinner formed a key highlight, designed to maintain the same level of quality and attention to detail as the daytime programme.

Throughout, we ensured all creative and production elements aligned with the client’s brand guidelines, delivering a consistent and well-integrated experience.
