Overview

CE partnered with PAM Insights to deliver the inaugural PAM Private Markets Leaders Forum, hosted at The Grove. The event combined a high-level industry forum with an exclusive VIP dinner the evening before, bringing together senior leaders from across the private markets space for discussion, networking and insight sharing.

As a first-time event for PAM in this format, the ambition was to establish a premium, polished experience that felt considered in every detail – from the creative identity through to the on-site delivery. Alongside the forum itself, a strong emphasis was placed on elevating the brand and creating a distinct presence that reflected both the calibre of the audience and the setting.

Solution

We worked closely with PAM Insights from the outset as creative and technical production partners, beginning with the development of a refined event identity that would shape every touchpoint.

Starting with PAM’s existing brand guidelines, our Creative team evolved the visual direction to create a more expressive and premium event look and feel. We refined the logo treatment and introduced a bespoke colour palette extension, using deep blues alongside secondary tones to elevate the identity while staying true to the core brand.

Drawing inspiration from the countryside setting of the Manor House venue, we developed abstract, wave-like graphic forms to represent rolling landscapes. These layered gradients added depth and movement across all event materials, helping position the forum as both modern and premium. This identity was then rolled out across brochure design, social media assets, invitations and on-screen content, creating a cohesive visual language leading into the event.

For the forum itself, we delivered full production and content support on site. A split-stage design allowed for a smooth flow between panel discussions and presentations, with one side featuring a clean branded backdrop and the other a large-format LED screen for dynamic content delivery. High-end furniture, finishes and sponsor integration were carefully considered to maintain a premium aesthetic while maximising visibility.

Alongside the live experience, we delivered a full multi-camera filming setup in the main room capturing keynote sessions and panel discussions. Outside the room, we also captured roaming b-roll, studio interviews and delegate soundbites. This enabled the production of highlight edits and social cutdowns, extending the life of the event beyond the room.

Outcome

The PAM Private Markets Leaders Forum launched successfully as a confident new addition to PAM Insights’ events portfolio.

The refined creative identity helped establish a strong sense of place and purpose from the outset, while the live event delivery ran seamlessly across both the VIP dinner and forum day. Delegates experienced a polished, high-end environment that supported insightful discussion and networking throughout.

Content captured on site provided valuable post-event assets for PAM, extending reach and engagement well beyond the event itself. Overall, the project demonstrated the strength of close collaboration and attention to detail in delivering a first-time event that felt established, premium and fully aligned with its audience.
