PF Awards

Overview

The PF Awards is a face-to-face annual event held at the Royal Lancaster for Uniphar. The awards are used as an eventing to honour outstanding achievements in the pharmaceutical industry.

CE were asked to look at the overall event production, content creation and motion graphics animation to really bring the fantastic awards to life for the contenders. The event brief differed from other more traditional awards as our client requested a shopping list style proposal, giving the client the option to pick and choose.

We have had the pleasure of producing the PF awards for many years, each year we aim to enhance the production level and offer a different look and feel to wow returning attendees each year.

Solution

This year’s set design featured a central custom super wide LED wall which showcased full screen content throughout. Either side of the stage we built bespoke wrapped set panels to highlight the delicate event design details and a custom 3D event logo, highlighted using LED flex.

The CE in house studio created the full suite of graphic and digital design for the evening. This included an impactful opening sting to really set the high energy for the evening ahead, a full slide deck which brought to give justice to the nominees and winners being honoured that night and a sponsor loop which was played either side of the show and during dinner, to ensure that sponsors were given maximum exposure throughout the evening. This was all designed to span across the impactful super wide LED screen to make maximum impact in the large event space.

Our super slick production team produced a seamless show, brought together by one of our fantastic show callers who directed graphics technicians, lighting, cameras, vision mixers, sound and autocue. The combination of considered set design, top of the range tech, a talented studio team and the brilliant onsite production team meant for a seamless show.
