Overview

Zoholics UK is one of Zoho Corporation’s flagship user conferences. The event brings customers, creators and product teams together to share ideas, learn and explore what’s on now and what’s coming next. For the European edition, Zoho wanted to turn the dial up: bolder brand presence, higher production value and more interactive moments across the venue. CE came on board as creative and production partner to design and deliver the experience end-to-end.

Solution

Working side-by-side with Zoho from day one, we shaped the full event journey: venue selection, delegate flow, production and a visual identity that stayed consistent across every touchpoint.

For the main plenary, we created a statement design: an ultra-wide LED stage set up with five flown screens and three dedicated presentation zones. The format gave Zoho the flexibility to move effortlessly between keynotes, live demos and panels – with every moment landing with impact.

We scaled production across the whole venue, delivering six breakout rooms and transforming the catering and exhibition area into a true “Experience Centre”, a high-energy engagement hub. The space featured 12 custom-built exhibition stands, purposeful networking areas and interactive branded activities, including oversized games and a bespoke colouring wall – all designed to spark conversation and keep delegates exploring.

Content was baked in from the start. Our Studio worked closely with the Zoho design team to make their marketing assets come to life on all event content. We produced ultra-wide motion graphics for the LED canvas as well as awards content that was later adapted and rolled out across four additional European Zoholics events. To facilitate sessions recording being shared post event, we captured the plenary with a three-camera setup and edited on-site for rapid turnaround delivery during the conference.

Outcome

Zoholics UK landed as a fully immersive, high-production conference, with clear storytelling, strong brand presence and engaging spaces that kept delegates moving, learning and connecting. From plenary to breakouts to the Experience Centre, every area felt intentional, consistent and built for interaction.

Our scalable approach also delivered ongoing value: key content assets were successfully repurposed across multiple European Zoholics events. The end result was stronger engagement on the day, an uplift in brand perception and a noticeably elevated experience for customers, creators and internal teams alike.
